white after labor day

white after Labor Day

Ah, probably the oldest fashion argument ever. White after Labor Day. Can you wear white after Labor Day? If you can, how do you wear it? We’re going over all that and my favorite way to wear white after Labor Day, because YES you can totally rock white whenever.

Honestly, I don’t know if it’s because I like to do what you aren’t “supposed” to do or if it’s just my style, but I think wearing white is so much better in the fall and winter. There is just something about wearing a crisp white sweater or blazer in the fall seasons is uber chic and more unique than when it’s “expected” in the spring and summer months.

I’m wearing my favorite white jeans that suck me and are so flattering. You can read more about them here and they’re 50% off right now. Holla.

I am also obsessed with this blazer. I feel like a total boss babe and basically invincible. It structured in all the right places, but has a longer length and more of a boyfriend fit. I’ve worn it with pants here too, but it would look super cute belted with a dress too. It can pretty much go with anything and is definitely a wardrobe staple you need in your closet.

Can we talk about the color of this tank? Fall perfection. It has the best v-neck that isn’t too low-cut so it’s perfect for work or if you’re like me and don’t always love everything too revealing. It comes in a couple colors and runs true to size. If you want a looser fit for a flowier look, size up.

Lastly, this purse. I am going to do a whole post on designer dupes later this week, but I just couldn’t wait to style this purse and it went perfectly with this outfit. It’s a dead ringer dupe for the coveted Chloe bag and the price is amazing. Like, under $50 amazing. I think I’m going to get it in a different color, but the white is a crisp, little pop of color that you can wear year round.      I’ll keep y’all posted if I order a different color.

I’m wrapping up by saying “yes” you can totally wear white after Labor Day. A great pair of white jeans, a white chunky sweater, a pop of white in accessories, or even a pair of sleek, white booties. In the end, confidence is key in breaking the rules of fashion.
