I’m so excited to finally share the low down on our stay at the AC Hotel! If you missed it, J + I were lucky enough to be hosted by the AC Hotel Downtown Fort Worth for New Years! We ate, drank, and had the best time ever, so it’s time I share all my favorite parts of the hotel with you. If you’re looking for a staycation or ever find yourself in Fort Worth, this is the place you need to stay.
the amenities // our stay at the AC Hotel
The common area space of the AC Hotel Fort Worth has to be my favorite part. The views, the stunning decor, and the grandness is amazing. Since we stayed for NYE, they completely transformed the space into a Gatsby theme. It didn’t even look like the same place, it was so cool. You can see more on my Instagram highlight. Plus, I loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views of Downtown Fort Worth. There’s enough space to socially distance while still enjoying the hotel.
Another major perk about the AC Hotel, the location. You literally couldn’t be closer to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping. We ate dinner at bird + branch this time, but recommend these restaurants around the hotel.
- Mi Cocina (get a Mambo Taxi)
- FunkyTown Donuts + Drafts
- Grace (for a fancy dinner)
- Buon Giorno Coffee
- Little Red Wasp (for drinks or brunch)
Having all these spots right around the hotel make it super walkable too! It makes it easy to socially distance, since you won’t need an Uber, and you’ll get your steps in.
the room // our stay at the AC Hotel
I shared a better look at our GORG corner suite over on my Instagram highlight, but I had to mention it on the blog post too. This room was perfection. Since it’s a new hotel, they have all the luxuries you could need and everything is so pristine. Our king size bed was ultra comfortable and our view of Sundance Square was perfect.
I hope y’all loved seeing our stay at the AC Hotel Downtown Fort Worth. We literally are already planning to our next staycation there. And if you’re looking for another perfect Texas getaway, read THIS post on our stay at The Fredonia.
