sephora sale picks// bought, tried, loved

If you haven’t heard already, the big Sephora sale is going on right now! It’s already open to Rouge members, but depending on your status, you can shop tomorrow or a little later in the week. So I thought I’d put together all my Sephora sale picks that I’ve bought, tried, and loved. Also, I’m sharing a quick run down of my five minute makeup routine below. I know we aren’t all shopping right now, but these are products you’ll use daily so save this post to reference!

And while we’re on the topic, I shared my current skincare favorites last week, in case you missed it.

roller lash mascara // liquid eyeliner // beauty blender // contour duo palette // eyeshadow primer // becca highlighter // tarte blush // smashbox primer // setting spray // eyeliner // setting powder // primerizer// brow pomade // buxom gloss // cc cream // rose toner // fave everyday lipstick

Above are really all my tried and true, absolute favorite products. I use most of them daily, and a couple I haven’t used in a while or I’m running out of, so that’s what I’m buying during the Sephora sale.

I use a lot of these products in my five minute everyday makeup routine, so I did want to chat quickly about them and why they make life way easier and pull me together quickly.

five minute makeup with my sephora sale picks

smashbox primerizer// This is the perfect primer for dry skin. It moisturizes while priming my face and just gives me a good foundation for everything else so I don’t have dry patches showing through.

it cosmetics cc cream// Nothing compares to this CC cream. It’s perfection. I usually go for a natural look and this gives me coverage, but is lightweight enough to let my freckles and natural features show through. Plus, it’s SPF 50! I use the shade ‘Fair’ when I’m pale and ‘Light’ when I’m tan.

tarte shape tape concealer// This product isn’t sold at sephora, but it’s the most essential product of my makeup routine. It also happens to be HALF OFF today! So it had to make the cut. I use the shade ‘Porcelain Beige’ when I’m not tan and shade ‘Light’ when I’m tan. Use code: TARTETEAM

setting powder// This is a must have for me. I love that it has pigment to it so it doesn’t make your face white and can match your makeup better. I use shade ‘Cupcake’.

contour duo// I use this palette when I need just a little bronzer. Both colors are really pigmented and give that perfect dewy look. It’s a little pricey, but this brand is worth it.

contour palette// This is a staple in my everyday routine for sure. It’s one of the products that I can’t live without. It layers really well, so you can build it up. Plus, the color variety makes it useable for however dark or light your skin is.

highlighter// I sometimes use the highlighter from the duo I just shared, but I also LOVE this Becca highlighter. A little goes a long way and I can see it make my skin pop even when I’m super pale. I use the ‘Moonstone’ and ‘Vanilla Quartz’ colors!

tarte blush// I’ve tried a ton of blushes and I always come back to this brand. They’re super pigmented and actually stay on. I go between a couple shades, but you can’t go wrong with any of them.

benefit mascara// I usually use a combo of a couple mascaras, but this one is always a staple in my routine. I love that the brush separates my lashes and isn’t super fluffy.

setting spray// I think me and every other person in the world use this setting spray, but it’s because it’s so good. I’ve tried cheaper ones, and nothing compares. This will always be a part of my makeup routine and is something I’d recommend purchasing out of all my sephora sale picks.

And that’s it! It’s quick, easy, and effortless. Just the way I like it, haha. I hope this helps you navigate the Sephora sale and gives you some easy makeup inspiration.
