target try on

Y’all. I have been checking the Target website EVERY DAY to see if all the pieces I tried on for y’all have been added. And I’m so excited to say, today was our lucky day! All the items I loved during my target try on are below. I’m sharing sizing details, what I love about each piece, what came home with me, and what I’m going back for.

eyelet button down top// I didn’t notice that I didn’t button them all up until half way through, so yeah. Just wanted to get that out of the way. But WOWIE MAUI, this top is amazing. It can be worn on or off the shoulders, has the prettiest eyelet detail, and also comes in black. The back is sheer, which is the only downfall of this top, but it doesn’t bother me enough to pass it up. I’m wearing an XL, so it runs true to size. The fabric has no stretch so if you want it flowy, size up.

olive paperbag skirt// This outfit is basically what my dreams are made of. I didn’t take either of these home with me after my target try on, but I’m going back for them because I can’t stop thinking about them. This paperbag waist skirt is soooo good for work or weekend. I plan on wearing it just how I styled above or with wedges to dress it up. It zips up on the sides and has a tie belt. It comes in black too and goes up to a size 18. I’m wearing a 18, but it runs true to size. The fabric just doesn’t have stretch.

tie sleeve floral jumpsuit// This photo doesn’t even do this jumpsuit justice. It’s SOOOO good. The bodice has a super flattering shape and button detail. And let’s talk about how gorgeous the print is? You can see it up close on my Instagram stories. It’s so gorgeous, it would be a really good piece to wear to dressier occasions this spring. I am wearing a bra in this photo, but you wouldn’t need one. If you do, it would be so cute with a lace bralette. I’m wearing a size XL, but would size up for a looser fit in the mid section.

colorful striped maxi// I shared this dress already on Instagram because it’s so fun and obvi came home with me. It’s so fun and easy for summertime. It could be a even be a swim cover up. I am wearing an xl and it’s plenty roomy. If you’re in between, size down.

striped peplum off the shoulder top// This came home with me too, but I was so surprised I loved it as much as I did. The smocked detail makes it trendy and really functional. It’s super stretchy and forgiving, while still keeping it’s shape. I sized up to an xxl because I have broader shoulders and wanted it looser. Overall, it runs true to size.

p.s. I’m wearing my fav white jeans in this target try on too. and don’t miss tonight’s pick six.

cheers,

caitlin
