fall decor under $50

I feel like it’s finally time to start decorating for fall. It’s already the middle of September (how though?!) and that is my green light for fall decor. I wanted our house to be cute, but not spend a fortune so I went shopping for fall decor under $50. Here’s what I got.

I’m not a big orange person, so I decorate for fall with neutrals and deep colors. I’m all about the grays, metallics, deep reds, and white for fall. It’s just something different and a perfect alternative if you’re not into yellow and orange like me.

My biggest tip for decorating for fall (or really anything) is texture. I’ve shared a couple home decor posts before here and here. And y’all know I’m all about the layering. Layering different textures can make a $5 purchase look like a $50 piece. Don’t be afraid to mix and match different textures, colors, patterns, and metallics this fall. Clearly, I’m no stranger to texture. Peep the marble pumpkin next to the velvet pumpkin next to the polka dot picture frame. Texture is my jam.

Another fave way to decorate is to do the unusual. Like stringing a pumpkin garland over the gallery wall. It’s whimsical and a little weird, just like I like it. Honestly, it was too long for our tv console, so I got creative. It’s probably my favorite part of my fall decor under $50. Second favorite piece is the super, sweet fox my grandma gave me. It’s the little things.

Don’t be afraid to try new styles of decor or if you aren’t feeling that adventurous get your usual decor, but add in a new color or two. Don’t worry about spending a fortune either. It’s easy to put together perfect fall decor under $50. Any way you decorate, go buck wild because it’s fall y’all.

cheers,

caitlin
