fall transition dress

I feel like I’m in this weird in between space where I want to wear all things fall, but the weather in Texas says otherwise. Who doesn’t just love fall? I’m definitely ready to layer up, but for now, I’m loving pieces like this fall transition dress, perfect for now and even better for later.

I saw this dress a couple weeks ago, but I couldn’t find it in my size at first (worst feeling ever). So naturally, I kept it in the back of my mind and finally found my size yesterday. Something about this print is just so unique and I love that I can wear it to work, out for a date night, or for a weekend brunch. Y’all know I’m all about versatility. It even has this almost minky dot-like texture that is so fun and adds just that extra little touch.

It honestly gives me all the Anthropologie vibes for half the price.

Can we also talk about the elastic waist in this fall transition dress that gives you that hourglass shape? The best. Anything that cinches me in, I’m all about it.

I’m wearing it with my trusty, old lace up sandals, but honestly this dress will look darling with anything neutral. I’m already thinking of wearing it to work with my new nude flats and on the weekend with my fav sandals. And any accessories from pearl studs to a fun pair of tortoise statement makers make this dress fit into everyone’s personal style.

For fall, it’s going to look darling with booties and an oversized cardigan. Another cute look would be with a denim jacket and flats. I could go on and on about the different options because it’s seriously perfect for so many things.

So basically, this fall transition dress is a work appropriate, brunch ready, weekend perfection, summer and fall dream, dress. It’s all the things. Oh, and you can’t forget, it’s under $70. Snag it while you can.

cheers,

caitlin
