fall trends:part one

Every season, new trends arise. I’ve never been the gal to jump on every trend bandwagon, but every season I add in a few to my wardrobe. Over the next couple of weeks I will be sharing some of my favorites and how you can get a little trendy this fall.

The statement sleeve trend has been a game changer in every perfect way possible. I always gravitate towards feminine details so a ruffle sleeve or bell sleeve speaks to my soul. Pair it with the suppppper soft texture of this sweater and i am basically in heaven. Even though I literally just bought this sweater from marshall’s 3 weeks ago, I can’t find it online! so I’ve linked super similar sweaters (under $50 and under $100) here and here.

The second trend that I’ve incorporated into my closet is embroidered details. This patchwork purse has been the best addition to everything from a black dress to jeans and a v-neck tee. It’s fun and even though it isn’t Gucci, it’s a darn good alternative. statement shoulder bag. What if you’re not a handbag gal you ask? Then you are obviously a shoe gal. Don’t worry, I am too. These pointed toe, evil eye, statement makers have carried me through for the last couple of months. They are a conversation starter and they’re on sale! enjoy here.

well, first real post in the books and I’m feeling so loved, nervous, supported, and excited! thanks y’all!
